I have a chipped/loose/missing diamond in my jewelry. How do I get it fixed? Where do I go?
For any problems with your diamonds, please contact the authorized retailer where you made the purchase and bring in the piece into the store. If it is something the store can repair on site, they will do so. Otherwise, the store will contact HOF headquarters and request that it be sent in for evaluation and repair. Once it is evaluated, the repair team will communicate with the retailer to let them know an estimate and timeframe for delivery on the repair job.
